By booking an appointment or receiving services at Monaco Aesthetics & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in accordance with California regulations.

I. Medical Services & Scope of Practice
All services provided are elective medical and/or aesthetic treatments performed by licensed medical professionals or appropriately trained staff under medical supervision, in compliance with California law. A consultation may be required to determine candidacy prior to treatment.

II. Informed Consent
Prior to treatment, clients must complete all required consent forms, medical history disclosures, and acknowledgments. By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you understand the risks, benefits, alternatives, and potential outcomes associated with your selected service.

III. Health Disclosure Requirement
Clients are legally and medically responsible for providing complete and accurate health information, including but not limited to:
   •    Medical conditions
   •    Medications and supplements
   •    Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
   •    Recent procedures or treatments

Failure to disclose relevant information may increase risk and releases Monaco Aesthetics & Wellness from liability related to undisclosed conditions.

IV. Laser & Energy-Based Devices
Laser and energy-based treatments are medical procedures governed by California regulations. Protective measures and safety protocols are followed at all times. Clients acknowledge that risks may include redness, swelling, pigment changes, burns, or scarring, and that outcomes vary.

V. Pricing & Treatment Customization
Pricing may vary based on individual anatomy, treatment area, product usage, and provider assessment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

VI. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
A 24–48 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposits. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the scheduled service.

VII. Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling. Full service fees may still apply to respect provider schedules and other clients.

VIII. Refund Policy
In accordance with California medical service standards, all services, packages, deposits, and products are final sale. No refunds are issued for completed treatments or unused portions of packages.

IX. Packages & Memberships
Packages and memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may have expiration dates. Expiration terms will be disclosed at purchase.

 

X. Photography & Records
With written consent, clinical photographs may be taken for medical documentation or educational/marketing purposes. Photographs are stored securely in compliance with HIPAA and California privacy laws.

XI. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Care
Monaco Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if services are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if clinic policies are violated.

XII. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Monaco Aesthetics & Wellness is not liable for complications arising from:
   •    Undisclosed medical information
   •    Noncompliance with pre- or post-treatment instructions
   •    Individual healing responses or treatment outcomes

XIII. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
